I am a regular guy trying to make the world a better place. I have lived experience, both personally and professionally, with mental health issues.

That being said, I do not provide mental health advice on this site. I share my own experiences and explain what I'm doing to change the way we talk about mental health.

So, if you are in crisis--for instance, if you are having suicidal thoughts and/or you have a plan to kill yourself--please use the resources below.

It will get easier.

Please reach out for help. It's not a sign of weakness. People don't judge themselves for seeking help to improve their physical health, and it should be the same way for mental health. There is only one of you, and we need you in this world. Your life is worth living, so please use these resources if you need them.
